Personal Training is for the individual(s) who would like a more personalized approach to their health and fitness goals. Personal training can be done alone or with one other person. I have found that working with a friend, family member, colleague, etc. can drastically improve accountability and makes it more fun to have someone by your side as well. I able to keep a highly personalized approach with 2 clients at once, but any more than that I would recommend attending class. Personal training can be something you do once a year to get some personal attention and help with specific goals, or can be done 2-3x per week on a routine basis.
